Method:
- Line cupcake pans with paper or foil liners.
- In medium sized bowl... add all dry ingredients and combine them well.
- Beat oil and sugar... add an egg and mix well.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredient mixture and milk.... beat for a minute.
- Scrap sides, give it a stir, pour in prepared pans.
- And bake it for 15 - 18 minutes or toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool them on wire rack... and frost them ... or have them as it i.
- They are yumm in both ways.
